Acting Network Administrator for a group of companies (Essential Corporate Solution and Dispute Services, Inc.) with multifaceted responsibilities to configure, install, and administer network infrastructure and telecommunications systems, that supported employees for both companies totaling 70+ employees. Established new IT policies, which defined acceptable use of IT assets, within each company. Managed all additions and changes to user desktop, email and PBX accounts. Installed and configured servers RAID 1 and 5 arrays in addition to facilitating daily and weekly backups and restoration using NT utility. Configured and monitored status of printers handling installation of other peripherals. Actively provided desktop, configuration, training, and phone support for software and hardware. Carried out full installation of Dell servers and workstations, laptops, tablets, switches, routers, hubs, and new workspaces.

  • Successfully created and developed an easy-to-use, stable and redundant computer network that expanded as the company grew and functioned with no problems between 1994-2008.
