- Responsibilities include: Performing onsite and remote repairs/upgrades/replacement of computers, networks, printers, thin clients, kiosks, and laptops for company clients in mostly healthcare (skilled nursing facilities) related field nationwide. I deploy company provided "images" and configure either the PC or laptop for client use. Works with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, WinCE, XP, and Win7. I am familiar with OS X and some forms of Linux Desktop. Uses Citrix, VNC, Go to Assist, Active Directory, DOS, Scripts, Putty, HyperTerminal, RDP, and various other tools.
