Probe Gen3 software is a portfolio management system designed to assist clients in reducing losses, increasing revenues, and taking advantage of promotional opportunities for existing revolving and fixed term credit accounts. Probe Gen3 can also offer some improvement on managing collection strategy.
The Probe Gen3 software has two components - the PC component and the mainframe component. The PC component allows the users to setup strategies. The mainframe component executes the strategies.

Project Penguin, aimed to launch a Dual card for one of Confidential biggest store partners. This was the first card product that was launched by GE Australia with Visa as the interchange partner, and this was also the first card product to be launched using Vision PLUS 8.23 as the backend platform. All of Confidential’s earlier products were on Vision PLUS 2.56 and with MasterCard as the interchange partner. As this Conversion Project from V2.56 to V8.23, basically we have developed one control FILE which will be used to remove hard codes, means now it’s parameterized.
