My IT career started when I was in the Marine Corps in the early nineties and I have always used the principals and values that I have learned while serving; with almost 20 years of experience in IT I have become a motivated self starter and have made customer satisfaction my number one priority. I have immersed myself in multiple technologies and making myself available to new projects and management tasks. By doing this I have gained experience in CapEx /OpEx budgeting, headcount needs, and project management. I have become familiar and use with ITIL and ITSM process when working with day-to-day operations and use the PMI philosophies when taking on new projects. My salary requirements are in line with my experience and references are available upon request.
