Technical/Functional Skills:
- UNIX Operating systems management focused on AIX, Linux. OS Patch management, service delivery tasks and requests from management approved customer requests.
- Resource demands of the team for various project deliverables.
- Tasks and efforts identified for requested resource.
- Documentation project: compile and standardize documentation for the UNIX teams
- Perform Dev, QA, PSE and Prod UNIX system LAN ID requests, troubleshooting for system alerts and incidents.
- Perform Dev, QA, PSE and Prod UNIX system troubleshooting/performance/security analysis
- Perform Dev, QA, PSE and Prod requests for Operating System Support of Distributed Systems Project Portfolio
- Automation of general system admin security tasks and deployments.
- Validating servers listed on the patch schedule against servers needing vulnerability remediation.
- Updated Operations/KPI/Verification Reports and documentation as required
- Storage and file system concepts like inode and superblock,vgs,lvs,fs,etc
- Familiar with Unix networking (like like routing, NFS, DNS, etc].
- Should work in 2AM – 12 Noon Shift for 4 day a week (10hours a day) or 5 days a week for 8 hours a day
- Should be prepared for Face 2 Face interview either at Client Site or TCS Site.

Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering;
