Worked with many different technologies and platforms during employment with LBG. Managed all aspects of network hardware and software. Each colo incorporates 5 Dell R900 Virtual servers using MS Hyper V (Converted from VMWare V4). Each colo had independent email servers (Imail with spam module) to support each client using MySQL database. Each location had Cisco 3660 Layer 2/3 devices All gigabit network which was connected by a 20 Meg Fiber Metro E connection to the main office. Each location had a Primary and Secondary DNS server (Windows). Each Client Platform was utilized Apache Web Server with MySQL backend to manage directory services data.

Managed Cisco Call manager 6/IPCC system using Release 5. Managed call center pc and phones (30CSR agents and 2 Supervisors) and 26 office personnel.I managed and designed all scripting and ACD design and implementation for each company (19 total). Managed all PRI interfaces and call routing using 2811 Voice routers and 3660 core switches and 2960 PoE switches. Supported Clustered MS SQL and Exchange servers located in main office to support office personnel. A combination of PHP, PERL and .Net were the most used scripting and web platforms.

Complete revamp of the entire network. Network consisted of a main office location and a Colo facility. Objective was to consolidate entire network into an Active directory domain. Moved exchange server from Colo to main office.

Setup Domain controller and joined all servers to a single domain. Created a VPN tunnel to Colo to add servers to domain also. Segmented Voice and Data traffic into 2 separate VLANs. Setup second DHCP server for Data traffic.

Volo Communications was a VoIP service provider that terminated converted TDM traffic to IP using SS7 gateways.

Responsible for installation and implementation of network and VoIP hardware for network expansion projects and Vendor termination points.

Performed protocol-level traffic shaping to successfully integrate NetRake and Acme Packets VoIP Session Border Controllers, Sonus and Brook Trout TDM to IP media gateways and other devices with layer 2 and 3 infrastructure throughout the national core backbone. Microtech Servers were used for Storage of CDR records.

Administration of all Cisco Call Manager V4.1 and Unity Servers and devices for PBX system for 60 + users. The company used 4400 Series WLAN controllers utilizing RADIUS Authentication with Active Directory.
