hCue Refresh is a Re-designed version of an existing hCue application which is a single unified platform for consolidated entity data with comprehensive compliance tools. hCue Entity Manager streamlines entity management, manages sensitive corporate documents, and automates related corporate transactions, compliance tracking and filings. The application has been redesigned from .NET to Microsoft’s Silverlight technology. The key capabilities of this application includes automatically tracking annual report filing due dates in U.S. and Canada and e-file SEC Section 16 filings with automatic tracking of insiders’ balances and pre-population of Section 16 forms.
