Integrated Application for Servicing and Inventory Management
As a Business Analyst, involved in the design and development of following projects: This application was integrated package with workstations distributed over various departments. The objective of system is to process servicing jobs, schedules, spares inventory, sales, purchase and general accounting for a large automobile service and spare dealer with inventory of more than 13000 spares, and multiple service stations. The system also provides tracking of stock movement between different service stations and stores, along with direct sales or servicing sales. The key feature of this system is generation of highly complex customized reports, which were designed as per specification set by client.

Maintenance Management System
This application was developed for heavy machinery maintenance firm. This application is being used for processing data regarding maintenance contracts, regular maintenance schedules and to provide scheduling information for staff on these maintenance works. The system has it\'s own integrated inventory management module along with purchase and accounting module.
The system also maintains information about unscheduled maintenance work along with the staff deployed on such work.

Project involves implementing a Training Program Management system in MS-Access in Windows 95 environment as part of a 3-member team. This computerizes the employee training programs conducted for this client with a workforce of more than 3000 employees.

Role:
Designed the database tables.
Designed and developed UI screens for addition of new training programs, employee enrollment in current programs.
Generated reports that print out certificates for course completion, attendance and program success reports.
