Performed work as an Independent IT Consultant for companies in the continental United States

• Consultant as Global Messaging Architect at Hess Corporation in New Jersey. Tasked with review of existing design documentation for global Exchange 2010 migration. Provided revisions and design changes prior to migration kickoff. Migration consisted of 44 sites in 23 countries including over 75,000 accounts. Designed and deployed VmWare 4.0 full test environment for testing all migration responsibilities including retention tagging, Windows Integrated Authentication, Litigation Hold, and Archiving. Responsible for final design approval on all changes to Messaging environment including DAG configuration, mail routing, system configurations, public folder replication schedules, CAS arrays and custom policies. Responsible for managing and coordinating all migrations with Server Deployment and Office 2010 Desktop Refresh teams.
• Consultant hired as Messaging Architect with consilium1 in Rochester, NY. Tasked with designing Microsoft Exchange 2010 solution for OSF Healthcare in central Illinois. Led initial onsite meetings with client to introduce Exchange 2010 and gather metrics on current Exchange 2003 installation. Created design document for client including database and system configurations. Installed 30 servers across 6 sites. Configured multi-node DAG, custom mailbox and recipient policies, migrated existing Exchange 2003 policies. Successfully migrated 28,000 mailboxes from Exchange 2003. • Complete design and deployment of Windows SBS 2008 environment for a startup Insurance company, Diversified-Life, Inc., headquartered in Pensacola, FL including 3 servers and 15 workstations at 3 sites. Designed and implemented company-wide SharePoint Extranet solution used by remote Insurance Agents including CRM and Help Desk.
• Part time contractor for Zenith Resources in Farmingdale, NJ working on an on-call schedule providing troubleshooting for networks, systems, and desktops.
