- Consultant as Global Messaging Architect at Hess Corporation in New Jersey. Tasked with review of existing design documentation for global Exchange 2010 migration. Provided revisions and design changes prior to migration kickoff. Migration consisted of 44 sites in 23 countries including over 75,000 accounts. Designed and deployed VmWare 4.0 full test environment for testing all migration responsibilities including retention tagging, Windows Integrated Authentication, Litigation Hold, and Archiving. Responsible for final design approval on all changes to Messaging environment including DAG configuration, mail routing, system configurations, public folder replication schedules, CAS arrays and custom policies.
