I was teh first point of contact for technology repairs and implementation of all technology needs for teh seven schools in my zone.
Everything from imaging and building new machines and technology to repair or replacement of defective items fall under my scope of responsibility.

I was responsible for teh addition, provisioning, modification and removal of user accounts and permissions from our network of 12,000+ users and 3,000+ servers (both physical and virtual), as well as on teh System90 and AS/400 mainframes.
