Projects Implementations:
- Business electronic Banking (BeB): An online platform enabling Business customers and SF Agents to access Business Banking. Worked in identifying and analyzing key requirements for both the I and II phase of implementation. Worked closely with FIS and Razorfish to deliver the requirements as per the project charter
- Click to Chat (Banking): Currently implementing the chat functionality for SF CeB customers. - Personal Financial Management (PFM) - Mutual Funds: Gathering requirements and closely working with Mutual Fund vendors DST, Oppenheimer and Ascensus to successfully implement the PFM functionality including all the SF Mutual Fund vendors. Currently PFM is being implemented for Bank and Mutual funds in the I Phase using the Yodlee’s out of Box solution
- Universal Money Movement P2P payments: Initiated the person to person payments project as an enterprise effort for servicing the needs of all SF customers and non customers. This is being implemented as a pilot within the bank and would later move as an enterprise effort. Worked closely with the Bank and FIS to gather requirements for P2P payments.
- Consumer electronic Banking (CeB) - My Account Redesign: Worked with the Project Management team and also Razorfish to gather requirements for the future vision of CeB My account, incorporating rich dashboard functionality. To be implemented in the latter half of 2011.
- TSYS Jump page rewrite: Worked closely with the project team to initiate the implementation of code change from VB6 to J2EE. Authenticated SF.com customers accessing their TSYS Credit Card information via single sign-on currently employs VB6 code. Vendor support for VB6 architecture has ended, and State Farm has negotiated extended support from Microsoft until 2012. This interaction must be rewritten to the new enterprise direction, J2EE Reference Architecture (JRA). This effort will convert the TSYS Credit Card jump page from VB to J2EE. This project maintains all current functionality with no enhancements.

Project 1: MetLife Account Management System
The MetLife Account Management System is a web-based application that has been developed to replace and enhance some of the agent’s processing. The MetLife Account Management System is more than an application. It is a way for agents to create new accounts and update existing accounts, without the need for Operation Center contact. This system adds efficiency for the agent, the MetLife Operation, and most importantly, the customer. The MetLife accounts were also integrated with database.
Project 2: MetLife Enterprise Application
The Enterprise Apps Program established web-based system framework to process new business applications electronically from the agent\'s office through underwriting and policy service up to the point of policy issuance. MetLife provides Long Term Care Insurance policy and the Enterprise Application was used by the MetLife Agents to sell Individual Long Term Care Insurance plans. The application was used to generate quotes and offer different premium options to the customers based on the Deductible, Office and Co-insurance Percentage, Total Out-of-Pocket, and Annual Maximum.
Project 3: ECS (Enterprise Claim System) Claim Management
In order to align with MetLife’s strategy to make Claim processing online and efficient for policyholder across the US, the Enterprise Claims System (ECS) was started. Claim Management is one of the critical project of ECS program which is responsible for completing business & technical requirements, design, development, and implementation for the Claim Management part (Claim notification, Task assignment, Claim processing, claim tracking, e-payment etc.; for Auto, Fire and Work Compensation line of business) of the new Enterprise Claims System (ECS).
