Installed all servers and components and upgraded Communicator 2007 to Lync 2010 for the Air Force Reserves in the AFNET domain consisting of approximately 25,000 users.   • Installed all servers and components for Lync 2013 at Trustpoint International multi-domain environment. Built up all servers, services, certificate requests/installation, and permission structure needed for implementation.
  • Lync Services installed and configured include Front End, Edge, and Reverse Proxy servers for both internal domain and external internet access for both client and mobile devices.
  • Installed Hyper-V suite working in conjunction with Microsoft engineers for Air Force Reserves network structure. Built up hosts and cluster configuration structure for virtual suite.   • Migrated Air Force Reserves base location from their existing domain into the Air Force AFNET using Microsoft Active Directory Migration Tool ADMT . Created processes and implemented them using PowerShell and VBScript to handle migration of all users, groups, workstations, and servers into the new domain. This included the migration of their Exchange accounts.
  • Installed Windows 2012 servers as domain controllers, Windows licensing servers, Dell AD management servers, and Lync servers into VMWare suite for the Air Force Reserves SIPR domain. Installed implementation of 2012 Active Directory Federation Services ADFS server with SharePoint, including all certificate requests/installation.
