  • The underwriting process starts with the gathering of information necessary to evaluate the profit and loss potential risk vs. reward of an account submitted for coverage. Account conditions and situations are evaluated against company underwriting standards and expectations and a decision is made to either accept or reject an account or requested coverage's.
