Responsibilities:
- Assist Inventory/Cutover Field Manager in the reconciliation of discrepancies found in inventories from both DC-NET directs and MCI
- Assist during cutover with any duties not in the MCI SOW
- Assist with any special projects (ex: isolation and removal of key system and other tasks)
- Perform emergency repairs and/or tasks deemed to be the responsibility of the Project team
- Provide technical assistance to the Inventory/Cutover Field Manager in the reconciliation of discrepancies found in inventories from both DC-NET directs and MCI designated staff.
- Provide technical assistance during cutover with any duties not in the MCI SOW, particularly isolating troubles and completing the troubles and “bringing the phones up”.
- Provide technical assistance with any special projects (ex: isolation and removal of key system and other tasks)
