Also worked hand in hand with customers to build specific access-lists to control traffic and costs, including a time based access-list.
- Collaborated with a team of 18 senior engineers on top level design, install, and support. If issues persisted tasks included opening cases and working with vendors such as Cisco, Verilink, and Juniper. Would follow through with vendor until issue was resolved.
