CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS - 2010/2014 Assisted in implementing a full datacenter refresh which included replacing IBM stand-alone servers with UCS blade servers. Project also included replacing EMC San switch's and array. Primarily responsible for implementing SRM for KEMET's new Disaster Recovery plan which involved KEMET bringing DR in house and replicating data between production and second datacenter for DR purposes.
- As a senior systems Analyst for KEMET Electronics Corporation, project managed the design, development and implementation of the company's introduction to Server Virtualization and consolidation utilizing VMware. Successful in reducing the companies TCO for server hardware management and hardware cost. - Part of the VMware global deployment for KEMET involved setting up and configuring EMC CX300 SANS in several remote locations across the globe, as well as Quantum Scalar 24 and Scalar 500 tape libraries. Also configured zoning on Cisco MDS 9120 and 9134 fiber channel switches for SAN attached ESX VMware servers.

Tasks include supporting EMC CX300, CX400, FC4700, CX700 and CX3-80 SANS, Configure, sizing, maintaining raid groups, storage groups and LUN's utilizing the Navisphere interface. Also responsible for zoning new servers for SAN infrastructure as needed on Cisco 9506 fiber channel switches utilizing the Cisco fabric manager and device manager interfaces.

- Project leader for the IS Infrastructure implementation for a new manufacturing plant in Suzhou China for KEMET Electronics. Responsible for maintaining the budget as well as scheduling and deployment of the IT systems for the new plant.
- Project leader for the Server and client rollout of Lotus Domino for KEMET Electronics worldwide. This roll involved coordinating, implementing and training the local IT support staff in the remote sites across the world for the company. Travel to the remotes site allowed for direct interaction with the many different clients and internal business customers which allowed for better support for the customer.
