Responsible for managing staff, budgeting and integration of software and hardware systems for 6 Data Centers, 100+ multisite operations for 2500+ users nationwide. $25M dollar department budget ($12.5M CapEx). Work with cross functional teams to ensure that the systems provide the most effective and comprehensive services possible to the users. Through my tenure, York has gone thru 12 acquisitions in the past 5 years. In 2002, York spun off from AIG and was only two offices with 150 employees. Now we are a premier national risk services corporation.

• Corporate executive team member, overseeing broad company management items including compensation and retention plans, corporate finance, and merger & acquisitions.
• Part of the Due Diligence M&A Team which requires a thorough investigation of existing systems, processes and expenses. Provide due diligence documentation and integration costs for all acquisitions.
