Collected deed records probate, mineral rights, and prior leases records to determine who the mineral owner is of a certain piece of property. Checking ownership of the tract throughout the last 100 years and seeing if any mineral reservations occurred or any wells were drilled. Create runsheets, flow charts, deed plots, and MOB containing exact percentage of Surface and Mineral Interest with ownership breakdown.
