Confidential supported the Veteran Affairs VA Course Refresh Effort in formatting and editing essential training files e.g., participant guides to included graphics and other essential content using VA approved style and standard templates according to the design specifications set forth for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Hence, Confidential responsibilities included inserting the original documents into the approved templates, conducting a walk-through of each file to ensure formatting was applied successfully, and cross walking the new file against the original for spacing, page breaks, etc. prior to submitting to the Task Lead for final approval and official upload to the SharePoint site. Because the effort was time critical, Ms. Wheeler successfully completed all deliverables prior to the official deadline within a 4-week timeframe.
