- Develop, maintain, and test the Unclaimed Property Information Systems UPMIS web application using JAVA, JSP, JSF, CSS, SQL, JBOSS, ICEFACES, MS SQL Server, Crystal Report, XSLT, XML and TFS design pattern. The UPMIS application collects and tracks unclaimed property, including money, securities, tangible property and other miscellaneous articles from abandoned safe deposit boxes, valued at more than one billion dollars. - Developed, maintained, and tested the State Revolving Fund SRF web application using JAVA, JSP, JQuery, CSS, PL/SQL, Ajax, JSTL, SVN, MAVEN, XSLT, XML,TILES, SSO, MVC design pattern and Apache Struts Framework. The SRF application generates and tracks amendments, disbursements, and repayments along with various reports. It also generates online billing statements for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program DWSRF and the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program CWSRF . I am the primary developer for repayments, amortizations, billing statements and loan statements which involve muti-million dollar loans and grants. The SRF learning curve is significant. As a new member of the SRF team, I was able to master the coding responsibilities in a very short period of time and quickly became the lead developer in these areas.
- Created, upgraded, and maintained the Permit Builder e-permitting application using Java, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, PL/SQL, Ajax, JSTL, CVS, MAVEN, XSLT, XML, MVC design pattern and Apache Struts Framework. The Permit Builder application collects wastewater data for new or existing facilities and generates permits in Microsoft Word for permit writers. I was one of the primary developers responsible for front end and back end analysis, design, development and deployment. Permit Builder has been in production since April, 2009.
- Developed and maintained the Java based web application, STORET Public Access SPA , using Java, JSP, CVS, MAVEN, and PL/SQL. SPA provides access to the data warehouse that contains all the water quality, biological, and physical data collected in Florida. You can view the re trieved data on the web, download it as a text file, or display the data on the map. SPA has been in production since 2007.
- Participated in the development of the Data Quality Dashboard web application DQD using Java, JSP, Kava Chart, CVS, and PL/SQL. DQD makes the quality of locational information available by providing data quality metrics and spatial quality metadata. It provides tools for data managers to address locational quality assurance. DQD has been in production since 2005 and retired in 2011.
- Participated in conducting a three day Java and Apache Struts Framework training session to the Division of Air and WITS staff.
- Enhanced and implemented web applications PC911, CATS, Bioassessment Tracker periodically using ASP,ODBC, SQL Loader, and PL/SQL.

- Designed, developed, and maintained the FieldPoint , a desktop mobile application using VB 6.0, ODBC, MS Access, Oracle, Excel, and MapObjects to enable mobile GIS capabilities with live GPS feed. The FieldPoint application was developed before similar commercial products were available. FieldPoint was the first in a succession of DEP applications to follow, including WebPoint, WebPoint STCM, WebPoint Lite, and WebShape Lite, now a part of MapDirect. FieldPoint has been used to visually verify more than 50,000 sites in many FDEP databases. Received the Prudential Financial Davis Productivity Award for supporting the EPA SWAPP Initiative with FieldPoint in July, 2003.
