Confidential has reported that their Business Insurance Express BIE application that was originally built on Pega's PRPC 5.1 SP3 in early 2007, has been recently experiencing performance and stability issues due to rapid increase in business. The Service Automation project is consisted of developing a multi user, multi concurrent process, and scalable BPM system.
