  • Currently supporting the Confidential. My team consists of two developers and two testers. Our desktop and web based applications allow survey data to be validated and securely submitted to the centralized data warehouse. The software is used by hubs geographically distributed around the country. Under my management, two projects achieved CMMI Level 2 certification. Our team utilizes Microsoft TFS and we employ an Agile development method. I routinely host requirement gathering meetings and project status updates with key stakeholders at the NCS and Hubs. I have continued to maintain my programming skills by being hands on when needed to mentor junior developers as well as to fill in when there are time crunches.
