  • I am a Senior Healthcare Training Specialist/Technical Writer for The Eligibility and Enrollment Member Management Project for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, one of the largest IT projects for the State of South Carolina, contracted by Software People, Inc. . I am training the multi-year effort to replace the State's aging Medicaid Eligibility Determination System and other member management applications with a modern, service oriented architecture based system.
