• Confidential is a transportation company with offices all over the United States and Canada. They do intermodal containers, full truck loads, and LTL loads tracking the loads from the shipping point to the customer and them tracking the return of the equipment when it has been emptied. Lowes Corp is one of their customers.
• I developed the software maps the Gentran EDI translator for RoadLink. I took them from three EDI partners to over sixty partners. I took their EDI order volume from about 5 to over 80 . My programming efforts improved their system performance to a four-minute cycle time to meet the quality requirements of Union Pacific. I corrected every software problem that caused an error message in the audit log. I automated the routine maintenance and data management processes. I moved over 90 of their data volume from vans to FTP to significantly reduce cost. I work with new customers to help them develop their map specifications and existing customers who wanted to expand the transactions they currently do. I did the programming to interface new EDI transactions when customers requested them. I developed all the interfaces and brought on new locations as the company expanded and bought other companies. I have installed the Gentran software in over one hundred locations. I have created thousands of translation maps for every EDI document that is currently in common use. I am familiar with all the HIPAA maps and have done every one of them at least once.
