Abercrombie Fitch currently operates in two facilities DC1 DC2 , under one instance of the WM application PROD1 . DC1 currently supports 3 of the 4 brands: A F Adults, Hollister, and Gilly Hicks, while DC2 supports A F Kids. With the DC2 Automation project, DC2 will eventually reside in a second production instance of the WM application PROD2 .

Responsibility:

• Organized business user workshops to understand the intricacies of implementing a brand move from one DC to another DC and furnished the entire business requirement document.
• Documented the whole intra DC inventory movement which would be performed during the cut over process.

• This project aims at implementing Oracle RMS v 13.2.4 integrated with Scale Manhattan WMS system and Oracle ATG and best of breed systems like Trade Stone Sourcing System , MID Allocation System and Great Plains Microsoft Financial System for Groupe Dynamite's brands Garage and Dynamite. It was also to facilitate the client to go global with their business which was not possible with their existing legacy system

• Create customized interfaces between Oracle RMS, Manhattan SCALE and ATG by harnessing Oracle Retail's existing APIs.
