Responsibilities:
- Highest point of Contact for facilities maintenance & operations, project engineering & construction services
- Work closely with the engineering & construction delivery team to provide consistent delivery in all initiativesDevelop strategic plans with other members of the leadership team to meet long term growth and profit objectives for the companySolicit support from and communicate effectively with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction; Develop relationships with Engineers, Delivery Teams and Project Engineers to deliver quality product

Responsibilities:
- Manage all day to day operations at multiple sites including equipment operations boilers, laboratory hoods, compressed air & gas, chilled & hot water systems, refrigerant systems, plumbing, steam, infrastructure, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance
- Perform with team: design, engineering, operations, janitorial and grounds facilities services functions on various properties
- Work with all contractors from multiple disciplines; ensure successful and timely project completion
- Provide cost estimates, schematic designs, scope, schedules and cost/benefit analysis
- Provide detailed scope of all work for any project, terms & conditions to close out & warranty
- Review DD, SD & CD documents; Identify areas of focus for Building Maintenance & Operations group
- Solution Architect - developing methods of visualization of OEE, Productivity, Quality trends in industrial facilities
- Active involvement in developing mechanical proposal scope for: New/Additional HVAC systems, Utility systems Plumbing, piping, electrical & Automation for Process & Packaging systems / machinery, product line layouts for optimizing plant floor space
- Team Mechanical engineer/leader in design-build projects – develop specification documents for MEP systems including Facility Infrastructure, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Building Automation Systems, ie. AHU, chiller, cooling tower, heat exchangers, air compressors; types of systems include DX, water, steam systems/ units sizing, selection, application, and, control system additions - replacements and renovations
- Engineering of Energy Management Systems: Design & selection of control systems: VAV, VVT, single zone etc, and, energy management strategies for existing and new systems and Digital Control Systems
- Implementing Maintenance, Repair and/or Replacement programs using CMMS and other tools by developing necessary metrics
- Manage all day to day operations at multiple sites for on-going projects in various phases
- Work with all contractors from multiple disciplines; ensure successful and timely project completion
- Co-ordinate all sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion
