Created web interface utilizing Cold Fusion 4.5 to interact with Oracle. Setup and administration of Quantum Network
  • Attached Storage (NAS) devices. Voluntarily developed a web application to verify and update employee "critical" information and remote viewing of user desktops to solve issues, which saved countless man-hours for IT support staff. Trained technicians on Microsoft networking, network troubleshooting, administration of email, file/print, and FTP servers. Fabricated cabling and installed routers, hubs, switches, repeaters, and printers.
  • Modified SQL statements to populate and update Oracle tables. Analyzed and troubleshot network servers, Cisco 2500 Series routers, Catalyst 4000 Series Switches, Cisco PIX Firewall and client PCs including configuration and maintenance of server hardware NOS/OS and patches. Provided primary technical support to 15 Regional Network Administrators throughout the United States. Sought by peers for technical/problem-solving and customer relations abilities. Install/configured Palm V/M500/M505 PDA device for remote access to ISPs, printing, and integration with Outlook 2000/XP for Executive staff (Exchange 5.5, 2000) to increase staff efficiency. Successfully deployed client software utilizing Intel LANDesk. Additionally, tested and modified website for the government’s Section 508 compliance.
