  • Worked with over 250 various clients to deal with issues with networking, AD, telephony, server, and user experience issues. Used Google admin to create accounts and permissions for police and fire depts.
  • Deal with Epic and ECW Citrix Xenapp issues for Winthrop employees and troubleshot connection issues. Used exchange to manage OWA as well as GoDaddy.
