The Authorization and Accounting is done at the Central site, whereas the Networking equipment is installed at various Point-Of-Presence (POP) through out the State. The Authentication is done through AAA Merit RADIUS Server running on Solaris platform and the Accounting is done on the Oracle server on Solaris Platform. The database is used for storing the customer information; registrations details and call handling in one server and billing information including billing cycles for both prepaid and postpaid & the dynamic online tables on the other server. The complete MIS of the customers and the sales details are maintained in this database. Data will be populated by the customers through web interface along with the process of registration. The html pages are located in the NT Server on which Apache Web Server and Jserv will be running to communicate with the Oracle database using ODBC drivers and through Sql *Net communication
