- Developed Visual Basic scripts to allow more accurate configuration of desktop / laptop hardware which will allow the field techs to deploy equipment with more accuracy. Several scripts are in place at the Dearborn Depot that is used on a daily basis.
- Installed and administrate Linux based servers for Baker College to provide remote access to students from class and home.
Project Management
- Currently leading the project to deploy between 900 and 1500 desktops/laptops per month to American Express offices across the Unites States. This includes arranging employee shift and workload of 12 staff. The operation is very fast paced and handles approx $5million of new equipment per year.
- Managing a project to verify all assets are tracked and inventoried in to a database to allow easy access to all support groups looking for information. This will also assist with future hardware refreshes and purchases which will save time, manual effort and cost.

Worked closely with the lead Project Manager to create schedule and training plan and material. Personally trained a person from India in the states and then flew to India for 2 weeks to train the staff on process, procedures and customer applications. This project is still in place today and we continue to grow and up skill the staff monthly
Training/Teaching Skills
- I started teaching at Baker College in January 2008 by receiving a request from the Dean of CIS Department to complete a Linux course which was half done by another instructor. Willing to learn and teach the course I accepted the offer and prepared myself in 3 days by studying hard and downloading and researching a lot of related documents off the Internet. Since then, I’ve been the primary Linux Instructor at Baker College of Allen Park. I also became a member of the Advisory Board of CIS/Technology in March 2010.
