Lead Desktop support

Responsibilities:

  • I was brought aboard to support 4500 users’ nationwide with the highest level of customer service on a variety of hardware/software issue for one of the leaders in Oil and Gas maintenance companies in the U.S. We support windows 7, 10 enterprise all within an imaged environment.
  • The daily applications used are Microsoft office 2016, Active Directory, Server 2012 R2, microsoft endpoint protection, ms exchange 2013 along with Office365, SCCM 2012 and SMS and service now as the ticketing system and for the management chain of command.
  • I also work on the sccm 2012 development and support team.
  • We are using sccm 2012 for software cataloging, software installation, packaging, end point protection and network imaging.
  • We are currently using GPO’s to secure and maintain a healthy user and pc network which I share responsibilities.
