Participating in a contract to add features to the Customer Service Portal. My Duties
Included maintenance / development of Java/RCP software as well as new develop of needed Web Services Using the Felix OSGI Framework. Spring / Hibernate was used as application Framework using Subversion source Code Control.

2/2008 – 6/2010 Confidential,Plant Cutting and Calendaring System
I developed their Plant-Cutting system. The application is used for garment manufacturers to cut and sew the designs. The system gathered documents from a number of sources, aggregated information, and printed the resulting documents at the Cutting Houses all over the world. I also wrote a calendaring system used by all Sales Reps to track their appointments and sales contacts. I also worked on Portal development using Websphere Portal in conjunction with Dreamweaver and its associated CSS/HTML/XSLT/Ajax functions.

8/2005 – 7/2008 Confidential,International Spot Pricing System
I served as Lead Developer for several International-pricing applications. Systems determined the Spot and Agreed Pricing and International trade routes through FedEx Gateways.

Performed software development duties associated with the FedEx Intranet home site. I performed Java, C, and Perl development in a wide variety of applications and internal organizations. While serving as Project Lead I mentored 7 junior developers on various applications under our Intranet umbrella. I was one of only a few founders of the fedex.com intranet site and its accompanying systems. Most site development involved integration with LDAP and Sybase databases to maintain various intranet systems spanning functions such as internal phonebook, web hosting, sales & marketing tools, and Internet commerce. CGI/Perl used during development of the FedEx Intranet site. Java, C, and PHP development were used in conjunction with many internal systems. Solaris and Linux System Administration duties for over 14+ Servers included administration of the 400+ users on our User account server, http Server setup, Operating System installation / configuration, DNS, Mail setup, etc.
