Maintenance Technician (Level 3)

Responsibilities:

Maintain all plant miles to ensure both forward and reverse bandwidths are within both Confidential and the
Confidential specifications (e.g. Balance, Sweep, Leakage monitoring and repair, underground and Arial plant, Pole transfers.)
Motivate, coach and council within the Maintenance Service Department.
Provide technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure high productivity and quality of service through field checks, reports and customer contact.
Ensure resolution of customer complaints as related to picture quality and/or other technical problems promptly.
Maintain a safety program through coordination with Local Safety Director and Local Management to ensure safe work habits in the field and office.
Provide information, data and assistance to the local supervisor for daily, weekly and monthly reports,
Monitoring of progress to measure effectiveness of setting and achieving technical goals.
Understand and promote company policies by example.
