Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for production environment and application(s).
  • Facilitates and coordinates release management process and provide supportability recommendations to the Engineering team.
  • Automated production deployment, creating support documentation and provide training to Tier1/2 teams is necessary.
  • Trouble shooting issues independently, available for on call escalations and advanced break fix problems and problem management.
