Make list of stocked out items and report to lead Inventory Manager. Make bulk pull lists and pull items from Warehouse to support supply operations on a daily basis with little to no supervision.
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Assist in annual wall to wall 100 percent Inventory of MSD Medical Supply Distribution Primary to fulfill MQAS requirements.

- Address clinician supply concerns with Lead Inventory Manager both of supply needs overages and quality. Inform Inventory Management Specialist of critical needs when outlined by physician.
- Check secondary and primary supply areas for outdated items and ensure they are removed and properly disposed of under direction of Inventory Management. Prepare 2237 turn in request form. Provide turn in request form to lead Inventory Management Specialist for proper disposition.
- Assist MSD with keeping all supply areas clean and sterile OR supply areas sterile. Maintain Excellence in mandated cardboard removal and follow enforce guidelines of no food in medical supply.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Remove corrugated boxes from supply rooms where applicable to maintain sterility. Ensure that items are in designated bins.
