- IEX, OCM: SME/Project Manager on a 12.2.5 Advanced Collections and Credit Management project with multiple business units using custom segment views for scoring and strategies. The client utilized custom metrics, scoring components, dispute management workflow and columns on the Collections form. Included Credit Management with a feed from Dun and Bradstreet and monthly/quarterly review cycles.
- INV, OM, OKS, SE/WSH, TCA, AR, IEX, PO: Independent Consultant - Business Analyst on a Revenue Recognition/COGS project replacing RevStream with Oracle. Phase 2 – SME on R12 Parts Distribution implementation for Order to Cash with data interfaces to and from SAP. Oracle is the source of truth for customers, items, and vendors. Sales Orders and Purchase Orders are processed in SAP with data passed between SAP and Oracle in both directions including Sales Order and Shipping details to Oracle and Credit Hold releases and ASN data back to SAP. This includes Internal Wareshouse, External Warehouse and External vendor requisitions (IR/ISO), Configurator and Drop Shipments. This is a global solution including APAC, EMEA, US/CAN/Mexico.

This client had over 80 RICE objects in the order to cash flow. Including integration for credit card payments, EDI, UPS, FEDEX, TRAX, PVWORKS, INSIGHT, Advanced Pricing using Get Custom Price, CTI, and multiple form enhancements and zooms. Responsible for the integration for sales orders from contact center, inside sales, EDI, and field sales. Included conversions of TCA objects including customers, contacts, payment methods, and credit profiles. The client is currently on RUP-5 and is testing RUP-6 in conjunction with the roll-out in France scheduled for May.

The client had a number of customizations that required in depth knowledge for constant support. Moved to the implementation project for R12 after support role.

The implementation included working with a number of banks for automatic receipts and bank reconciliations. This was a fast moving project which included two unique operating units. The discovery phase was compacted and a quick CRP was conducted so the client could make quick decisions and move into the build phase.
