Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertisefor Oracle Cloud Finance ( AP, AR, GL, CM, FA)
- Be a point of contact to client’s process leads and management
- Work directly with client’s SMEs to resolve issues
- Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
- Create and maintain existing documentation (Configuration, test scripts, functional specs for reporting and integration)
- Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices
- Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of monthly closing of sub-ledgers, Revenue Recognition, sub-ledger accounting, budgeting)
- Serve as SME to 3rd party development partners
- Monthly & Quarterly / Emergency Patch testing
- Complete functional testing for monthly patches
