  • I was playing the key role of Sustain Team Production Support Specialist working and resolving as to the day-to-day MDM application Incidents and Service Requests involving P1 thru P5 priorities. The role is so critical in the sense all P3 tickets has to be solved on the same day itself.

  • Apart from this there are also adhoc loads/updates/deletes called Ondemand jobs that needs to be performed on MDM which comes as user request for which we need to prepare Driver Table script, Backup Script, Validation Script and finally Delete/Update/Inserts scripts then logging in into ETL servers connecting to Teradata Database and executing it. This involves mass load/delete.
