• A major portion of this contract was to develop and deliver the “Product Familiarization ” for all 81 of the products that were contained in the ECSS Solution Footprint, as the Manager it was my job to get this done during the first year of the contract.
• Managing a team of more than 10 Oracle University and Oracle Consulting employees that were both onsite and remote, 57 courses were developed, 47 were recorded and delivered to the Air Force for 24/7 web based and computer based ; and the balance (10) were delivered in Instructor Led Classes (ILC’s) in multiple classes ranging in length from 1, 3, and 5days in duration.

• Over 300 uniformed, civilian, and contractor personnel assigned to the PMO attended the five different 5-day classes that were created during the final month of the first year
