- Managed a team of 5 courseware developers to create 28 custom Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Release 12.1.0 courses required to support a R12.1.3 rollout of all of the Financial and Supply Chain Oracle EBS modules.

- The USAF Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS), a $2B Cat 1 Program, Oracle was ed a consulting T&M contract valued at $35M to provide advisory assistance to the ECSS Program Management Office (PMO) for up to 5 years.
- A major portion of this contract was to develop and deliver the “Product Familiarization ” for all 81 of the products that were contained in the ECSS Solution Footprint, as the Manager it was my job to get this done during the first year of the contract.
- Managing a team of more than 10 Oracle University and Oracle Consulting employees that were both onsite and remote, 57 courses were developed, 47 were recorded and delivered to the Air Force for 24/7 web based and computer based ; and the balance (10) were delivered in Instructor Led Classes (ILC’s) in multiple classes ranging in length from 1, 3, and 5days in duration.
- Metrics:
- Over 300 uniformed, civilian, and contractor personnel assigned to the PMO attended the five different 5-day classes that were created during the final month of the first year
- Three classrooms ran simultaneously at a leased al facility, each classroom handled 25 students and were attached to remote instances
- In addition to these sessions, more than 120 senior Air Force personnel attended a 1-day executive Product Familiarization Session in the Washington DC area and four different 3-day sessions at various locations around the country.
- At all of the above events provided the attendees with DVD’s that contained all of the course materials, product data sheets, and user manuals for all 81 of the products ; this DVD contained hundreds of files, thousands of power point slides and 10,000+ pages of manuals.
