- After evaluation of current process I created the “Customer Complaint Design”, which included two Custom Forms. “Complaint Entry and Complaint Update” The Customer Entry form was called from “Action” on the Tool Bar of the Order Organizer. While on the Order line where the Complaint originated from the Custom form will auto populate all required fields. After saving the “Customer Entry” form the record is stored in the ZMO CUST COMPLAINT TABLE stored in the Collection plan acting as a “Table”. Once saved using Oracle API’s a concurrent program inserted a Nonconformance in the Org in which the Complaint occurred. The “Complaint Update” form is used to by the “Sales Admin” to manage the life cycle of the complaint.
