• Balance Alerts was a project which was initiated to aid in Confidential customers to notify them on any Balance changes which was crossing either the Higher threshold or the Lower threshold. This was a major initiative which was focused on the mobile banking customers, who wishes to receive the Alerts on the go for their Balance changes on their account. Alerts project also took into consideration on Commercial banking and Retail banking customers who wish to configure the alerts for any of the subset or whole set of accounts on which they wish to have a keen watch.
• Alerts can be sent out using ClairMail 4.2, current in two channels Email or Phone utilizing the Alerting system of Clair mail. Chase Bank will offer Alert services to the Chase Online Banking customers allowing them to monitor their account. Phase I of this project will include subscription of only Balance Alert.
• The purpose of this project is to upgrade the RSA Dual Factor Authentication system. Confidential is currently operating with version 5.7. The intent is to upgrade to RSA s latest version, 6.0.2.1 with minimal impact to customers and to provide for the infrastructure to support it in the long term.
• This system is used by Chase Online and HSABank to secure logins for customers, and provides added security and behavioral monitoring for users. It also provides the basis for other functionality (i.e. out - of-band authorization) which may be used by later projects.This project will increase safety and soundness by securing communications with customers over web channels.
