- Enterprise Structure conversion - Client wanted to move into SAP recommended enterprise structure deleting obsolete employee groups/subgroups, personal area’s and subarea’s and consolidate into few so to make it ideal and easy in identifying and processing Employees/Non employees. Designed and Implemented a program to better standardize enterprise structure which can streamline employee process and identify employee status (whether active/terminated/retired etc.).
- Obsolete Objects deletion: Client has been using SAP over 15 years and a lot of Objects were developed across years which some of them are not used anymore and customer wanted to get rid of most of the obsolete Config/Programs/enhancements/ Portal applications etc. I have proposed a solution played an architect role and lead the project along with few other team players on how best the obsolete stuff can be removed from the system. This has actually improved the performance of the System and consolidated the process. Huge cost saving on system maintenance to the Company.
- Remediation of Old programs with SAP recommended/SAP standard solution: Customer wanted to get rid of all/maximum customization and remediate with SAP recommended standard or a better solution. I did architect a solution in identifying the programs or other custom process and check what new SAP recommends and implemented the same.
