Client: Confidential is the largest foreign investment project in KSA in the Downstream Oil Industry by Japan. It is a joint venture of Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemicals Japan. The project was a green field implementation for Confidential and I worked as a senior SD Consultant in the following capacities:
Responsibilities:
Being the Focal Point for Polymer Products in the project for a considerable time, I configured Sales scenarios for Polymers and tested them and configured new scenarios based on new requirements. Offered support for processing of both Monomers and Polymers in addition to IS-Oil related issues [Oil Refinery Products] onsite as well as remotely in Help Desk. The onsite support was in the logistic control centre in one of the largest warehouses in the world. I offered support to Shipping and Accounting Department after Go Live, acted as the Focal Point for the Go Live of Polymer Products.

Client: Confidential is one of the largest corporate mergers (Sandoz and Ciba) in history. Since its formation Novartis has been marked by many interesting events and success stories. The Project Scope was SAP R/3, BW and SAP Release was ECC5. I worked as SD Team Lead for the Saudi Affiliate of Novartis Switzerland (CONFIDENTIAL).

Client: CONFIDENTIAL is one of the pioneering setup in Saudi Arabia to diversify the economy for upstream oil production and is aiming at becoming a leader in the global petrochemical industry. The SAP implementation at CONFIDENTIAL is considered the second largest implementation in Middle East after Saudi Aramco. The SAP Release used was 4.6C. I worked as SD/LE Trainer [with focus on Inventory and WM modules] for 19 affiliates companies of CONFIDENTIAL.
Responsibilities:
Developing and mapping new business scenarios, process maps, presentations, for users according to new client requirements in SD and LE along with Inventory Management modules using business case forms and business blueprints. Designing new training courses, populating training clients with Master data and transactional data related to SD and MM modules, developing training material for rollouts of the CONFIDENTIAL affiliates. Imparted training of various Sales, Transportation and WM related scenarios to the users of multiple affiliates of CONFIDENTIAL and guided my team in answering any issue related to developed scenarios.

Conducted training on topics likeStock movements [ such as goods receipts, goods issues, physical stock transfers, Transfer postings, Physical inventory, Managing different stock categories [such as available, blocked stock, in quality assurance], Managing Special stocks [such as consignment stock, project stock etc], Material flow from receiving through storing and shipping materials, Using handling units to process warehouse movements [such as put away, picking, or stock transfers], Batch management and batch determination for delivery picking, for production supply, or in internal warehouse processes], Monitoring Warehouse Activity Monitor (LL01) to manage, oversee, plan and optimize work processes in the warehouse and to notify the responsible users. Developed training material using DDS tool and populating Training client with training data for “Train The Trainer” [TTT] as well as Training delivery. In Phase 1 of the project, I worked as Internal SD Consultant with KPMG team in 5 sister companies of Confidential related to Pharmaceutical [MPC], Trading [GECO], Services & Production Industries [DITRA and SITRA]. In Phase 2 we implemented SAP in 3 sister companies of Confidential related to Trading, Consumer and Printing Industries.
