- Before loading pay tables, a custom program was written using bdc sessions to erase all the entries loaded by Functional team during system configuration. Overall 4 recordings were called from program depending the table to be deleted. If it is a closed client, all the deleted entries should be captured in a transport, else, entries were just deleted.
- Developed an interface using Logical Database PCH to send all jobs, with their pay scale / pay grade to different internal vendors so that, any change in any levels of their pay scales / pay grades can be reported. Each level of pay scale/ grade will be a different record in file.
- Developed a utility report to show all the interfaces ran for a day range or time range or vendor or status of interface. All these details were saved to utility tables during developing interfaces; Users will be given access to use this utility report to identify all the interfaces that were scheduled to run for that period. Also, Spool was retrieved if it is not already deleted (Standard Sap deletes spool if the table tsp01 is overflowed after a certain time period). Spool was also available to download to PDF
- If there was an email generated during interface run, even email can be retrieved; both these buttons will be available on the utility tool bar.
