PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

SAP Upgrade to ECC 6.0:Provided technical support for upgrade of ERP system from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0.

SAP Solution Manager Implementation/Support/ Upgrade 7.0:Developed and implemented several custom components of the Solution Manager system. Responsibilities included all aspects of system life cycle including screen design, technical design, program development, and testing. Provided all pre and post go live support to the solution manager project. Program development and other technical aspects included heavy customization of CRM’s Change Request Management transaction. Provided technical leadership as well as participated in the technical upgrade of Solution Manager to version 7.0

SAP ERP Support:Provided extensive technical support for SAP ERP system. . Completed design and development work for a number of projects and tickets as related to the SAP ERP system.

CRM Upgrade version 4.0 to version 5.0:Responsible for implementing custom development changes as related to the CRM system.

SAP Upgrade version 4.7 to version ECC 6.0:Participated as a team member on the Upgrade Blue Print team. Responsible for the oversight and coordination efforts of all upgrade tasks associated with ABAB development Objects. Set overall standards and determined procedures for changes needed for all custom development objects across the various SAP application platforms.

SAP Upgrade version 4.0 to version 4.7:Completed implementation of SAP upgrade from version 4.0 to version 4.7. Responsibilities included modifications and new development of ABAP Reports, Interfaces, BDC’s, Dialog Programs, & Smartforms. Acted as ABAP Cutover team lead. Responsibilities included the coordination and oversight of all ABAP Go-Live tasks.

SAP Support:Provided extensive user and technical support for SAP R/3 FI, SD, and CRM modules. Completed design and development of several complex SAP R/3 ABAP Reports, Smartforms, ALV Grids, Interfaces, Conversions, and Dialog programs. Developed several programs with the use of ABAP Objects. Responsible for the support and new development of an in house Custom Quoting system, which interfaces to the R/3 SAP Order Entry function. SAP Upgrade version 3.1 to version 4.7:Completed implementation of SAP upgrade from version 3.1 to version 4.7. Responsibilities included modifications and new development of ABAP Reports, Interfaces, BDC’s, Dialog Programs, Queries, Report Writers, User and Field Exits, as well as Area menu conversion and maintenance.

SAP Conversion & Support:Completed all phases of SAP R/3 implementation project for three separate rollouts by location. Provided extensive user and technical support for SAP R/3 FI, SD, MM, and PS modules. Completed design and development of several complex SAP R/3 ABAP Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Dialog programs, Queries, User and Field exits.
Geac Historical Data Retention: Designed, developed, and provided Cobol extracts for an Oracle database containing tables extracted from the Geac Financial systems in order to query Geac historical data from the following systems: GLM, APM, ARM, and POM, as well as several custom built Millennium subsystems.

Mainframe development and support:Provided User and technical support for Geac (Dun and Bradstreet) GL:M, AP:M, PO:M, AR:M, and FA:M systems, as well as an in house Project Accounting and Billing system.

Geac Millennium Upgrade: Completed implementation of upgrade from Millennium 2.0 to Millennium 3.01 and 3.1.
