The client is a Medical Equipment manufacturer and makes Heart valves, Defibrillators, Leads etc. It is the client’s first SAP implementation at a Global level. The client is intending to shift their manufacturing systems completely on the SAP platform so that they have one robust database system which will arguably fulfill all their information needs. With this the client also intends to track the implants of medical devices in patients i.e. this information is required for FDA regulators who need to track the Pacemakers, ICD Leads, Heart valves etc for regulatory compliance. Worked on SAP CRM 7.0 and SAP ECC 6.0.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulted with the client to determine and define the Blue printing document and other critical functional requirements.
  • Conducted gap analysis and assisted the client team for streamlining the CRM implementation process. Worked on the Global Design format which was defined by Client.
  • Responsible for SAP CRM 7.0 Implementation and worked on SAP ECC 6.0 Sales and Distribution.
