SAP MM: Business Workflow Releasing strategy, ISR & Workflow Notifications, PTP Support, Warehouse – L3 Support – Fusion/ Incident/ RICEF, Established criteria and set expectations concerning deliverables & Project costs i.e. Estimation of Efforts for Projects.

Reviewing FITGAP for the business and providing recommendations.
Analysis of the Business processes and systems in place, customization in SAP and functional design for new developments, Solution Conception and Business Process Modeling, Process customization of RFID scanning for WM Inbound & Out bound Deliveries.

Scope:
Configuring/customizing MM module based on Business requirements. Output and Text Determination for purchase Order, Release Strategy, Inventory Management, Implementation of SAP Best Practices Implementation for SAP MM-IM / WM / LES, Testing based on Business, Process Documentation and Fixing Errors etc.

Three legacy SAP systems, comprising of 12 plants and 28 warehouses, combined into a one global client. Existing requirements were analyzed and refined into a common template. My main role was with inventory handling & Procurement, storage, delivery.
