PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Confidential.,Lake Forest, IL2006 – 2009
A pharmaceutical Company Specializing in Injectiles.
Senior ERP Application Developer / SAP
Responsible for support, analyst, design, development and implementation of SAP software to support business needs. Worked on, modifications, and new development of ABAP Reports, ALV Grids, BDC/Call Transactions, BAPI’s, BADI’s, IDOC’s, Smartforms, SAPscripts, Dialog Programs, User Exits and Enhancements for the ECC modules: SD, MM, FI, FI/CO, APO and TAX Departments, Marketplace, Solutions Manager, Doors.
Integrated a newly acquired Australian pharmaceutical company into the Hospira environment as part of a 100 member team, involving over 8 world-wide go-live iterations over an 18 month period, resulting in an error-free launch.

  • Resolved over 100 trouble tickets for changes during pre and post-implementation and during the implementation.
  • Developed and enhanced processes to maintain synchronization between various legacy systems and SAP.
  • Provided pre and post SAP implementation support to ensure successful GO-LIVE. This included ticket assignments, testing, modifications, and new development of ABAP Reports w/ ALV GRIDS, BDC’s, BAPI, BADI, IDOC, Dialog Programs, Smartforms, SAPscripts, User Exits and Enhancements.
  • Saved time and effort as a four member team selected to create Pedigree Prototype, an automated bar coding process to be presented to the business. This technology would allow the Receiving Clerk to scan all items on a pallet and have that information available in the system immediately instead of removing each item and scanning them one by one. As the technical resource, created on-line procedures to process the information using BADI’s and batch processes using BAPI’s to load interface information for locations not yet on line.
  • Increased productivity as part of a three member team to eliminate the need to manually remove certain flags on items that were part of a shipment during a goods-movement process which would cause errors and block the shipment. As the technical resource, utilized the Enhancements technology to automatically remove the flags temporarily and allow the process to continue without errors.
  • Trained team members on using enhancements to modify SAP delivered code as requested by the business.
