Corrected Task List and master data at a large chemical facility.
Rebuilt Maintenance Plans, Items and Task List at 450,000 BBL refinery.
Team lead to build Maximo PM Hierarchies (locations, assets, BOM’s and failure codes), for a medium size refinery of 5,000 to 10,000 rows of data.
Team lead to build Maximo PM hierarchies, build BOM’s and collect data for (5) coal and coke plants of 5,000 to 10,000 rows of data at each plant.
Team lead to setup and configure SAP PM for a pharmaceutical company and loaded their 40,000+ rows of master data at one (1) plant, 20,000+ and 15,000+ at two (2) other plants. Worked with the MM and Calibration teams to utilize the fields to maintain the source data for consistence.
