As an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services ‘Tartan’ would be the next global program that was intended to make Cargill the provider of choice for the world by 2015. Tartan would implement ECC 6.0, GTS, SRM, TM, Sabrix, E-Sourcing, BI, PI, NWDI, EP, GRC, CSL MDM, Solution Manager and Rome. As the Security Architect I would play a dual role of the Support and Implementation Lead. I would create the design for all technical roles for all teams within the Dev, QA, Pre-Prod and Prod boxes. Also included was the successful user mapping and uploads into each box using SECATT. I coordinated the completion of all security tasks required to bring all boxes online. I created the immediate support model required until a deployment strategy would come online. I coordinated the remediation of all defects as the defect manager through all testing phases. I coordinated all day to day tasks that required immediate attention due to changes in priorities within the timeline. I trained all new team members and ensured the team worked efficiently by keeping abreast of the project timeline, and changing deliverables. In an effort to create a system-wide collaboration of information sharing, this project would create global standards that would allow for a common business language as well as enable global technology solutions that would support the Company and Bottler operations in a cost-effective manner. The company has a total of 18 bottlers in which they will bring on SAP 6.0 over the course of 3 years. We would implement the full functionality of ERP in addition to HR, CRM, SRM, BW, XI, Solution Manager, Portal, CUA and GRC. As one the three SAP security leads my role was to create a security strategy , design, build, test and deploy applicable security to the first two bottlers in China and Australia where my main focus would be on OTSC, HR and CRM.

Security team lead for a major healthcare company on the West coast. This project was to assess the 70 SOD related risks that were highlighted by VIRSA and the Internal Audit Team within user roles. I Collaborated with Functional leads to identify / understand potential risks. Identified and managed end users to ensure roles were being reviewed as I advised an efficient solution that ensured SOX compliance within the roles through the use of the VIRSA calibrator. The end result would be approval of all technical resolutions / recommendations to control company accepted risks by the internal audit Group.

This company sold off their Canadian Nylon business to another fortune 500 Global Chemical Company. The project was divided into two phases. The first phase was the legal sale of the business. During this period, I was responsible for Designing (user Mapping), Building and Implementing (through testing and defect process) the new security system that would be used by the business. I performed user uploads through the use of CATT scripts and LSMW. The second phase of the project was to design, implement and roll out a new single sign on process for all users.

As the MM team Lead of 10 SAP analyst, my role was to merge two SAP envionments (R2 and R3) during the course of this acquisition of two fortune 500 companies.
